The ATW First to Full Standard Triathlon delivers the full ATW race-day experience in a fun, accessible format and is approved and regulated by British Triathlon, ensuring high standards of safety, fairness, and event delivery. Set within a vibrant festival environment at St Neots Regatta Meadow, the weekend is built around great racing, community spirit, and an unforgettable atmosphere on and off the course.
Friday kicks off the weekend with the ultimate pre-race celebration. Athletes, friends, and families can arrive early to enjoy the popular pasta party, perfect for getting those carbs in ahead of race day. On-site camping allows you to settle in, soak up the pre-race buzz, and enjoy live bands on stage, a kids’ funfair, and a well-stocked bar — creating a lively, relaxed atmosphere for everyone.
Saturday is race day, where athletes take on a 1500m swim, 48km bike, and 10km run. The standard distance course is designed to be smooth, scenic, and enjoyable, supported by excellent organisation and enthusiastic support throughout the event village and course. Whether it’s your first triathlon or a chance to race short and fast, the day delivers an exciting and rewarding experience from start to finish.
Sunday is all about unwinding. If you’ve stayed on-site, you’re welcome to enjoy a well-earned lie-in at the campsite, reflect on your race, and soak up the relaxed post-event atmosphere before heading home.

We’re always on the lookout for amazing people to join our ATW Volunteer Team the heartbeat of every event and the ones who make the magic happen. Our volunteers bring the energy, encouragement, and smiles that make race day so special for every athlete. Whether you’re handing out medals, helping at registration, or cheering from the feed stations, you’ll be part of a supportive crew that makes a real difference. Volunteering is a fun, rewarding way to experience the event up close, meet new people, and be part of the ATW family.

There’s always a great buzz around our event village, with plenty of perfect spots to cheer on athletes from the finish line sidelines to the bike feed stations out on the course. Regatta Park offers loads of open space and things to see and do, making it a fantastic place to spend the day. In the park, you’ll find delicious food options and a friendly atmosphere for spectators and athletes alike. Dogs are very welcome, but please keep them on a lead while you’re at the venue.
Spectators
The event village at Regatta Park has a dedicated field for both parking and camping, allowing all competitors to base themselves on-site for the entire weekend. This makes access to the race, event facilities, and entertainment easy and convenient. Parking charges will be payable on exit from the venue.
